The twexid of an account is a numeric ID that was assigned to all Bluesky accounts in the order of the time they registered with Bluesky. This is not an official ID-number, but was created by twexit.nl to attempt to give accounts an idea of how many accounts registered before they did. It should be fairly accurate up to account 38 million or so.
